Bio: I first came to Open House as a placement student, and I quickly felt at home in its mission and the way it cares for people. I stayed on as a volunteer before stepping into a youth work role for 5 years.

During that time, I also discovered a growing interest in media and communications, as I was encouraged to be involved in a range of creative projects that helped that interest develop. As the arrival of my son approached, I stepped away from youth work, moving into the media support role.

I’m now really grateful to continue being part of Open House in a different way, helping to share and communicate its heart and mission with others.
