With a dedicated team, we provide long-term support and opportunities for holistic growth to everyone in the Open House community, including participants, families, staff, volunteers, and Board members.
2. Growing Supportive Relationships & Networks
We aim to build strong, supportive relationships with the wider community, including agencies, churches, supporters, philanthropic trusts, businesses, schools, community groups, service clubs, and government departments.
3. Growing Successful Programs
We aim to lead in developing and delivering high-quality, engaging programs that meet identified needs and support personal growth.
4. Enhancing Accountability and Governance
To strengthen policies, procedures, reporting, and communication to ensure sound governance, strong stewardship, and adequate financial management.
5. Financial Sustainability of the Organisation
Regularly review and update our fundraising strategy to keep it relevant and responsive to current trends, maximising income from existing channels while exploring new opportunities, including social enterprise development.
6. Developing Facilities/Assets
To continue developing and equipping our Macleod site to support effective programs for personal growth, while also exploring potential satellite locations in other disadvantaged communities.
