Join us every Thursday from 10am to 12pm for a lively array of activities, including card games, puzzles, music, arts and craft. You can also take part in our walking group or try your hand at gardening if you’re feeling a. little green-thumbed. It’s a great chance to unwind, catch up on the week and enjoy some relaxed conversation, or simply immerse yourself in the activities.

This Program is all about YOU. It’s participant-driven, so you get a say in how we spend our time together. Whether you want to hang out for a while or stay longer for a meal, the choice is yours. Whether you’re up for an enthusiastic conversation or just want a quiet and supportive community, this will be a space for everyone.
